When inserting a tileset in Advance-map, you MUST edit the existing palette beforehand, else the tileset you insert will use the last color on that palette, because it has colors the palette doesn't.

If someone could be willing to join the hacks shared dropbox, add some tiles and show me how it is done that would be greatly appreciated :D

Squeetz literally posted a link to a tutorial thread that has both video and text for ease of learning and you still neglected to check it out and learn that way and you expect anyone to help you beyond your own insubordination? Is this real life

Inserting tiles is really not that hard. You might have exported that palette as an irfanview .pal, rather than what amap reads.

Actually mate, I looked at the link that Squeetz kindly posted and spent about 8 hours last night trying to get it right but kept getting error messages or palette's would be super dark or nothing would actually happen. I'm simply asking for some help in addition to that, is that too much to ask?

Don't just assume things as fact when you don't comprehend the full extent of the situation
