4th Gen Interested with Re-runs ?

hmm, maybe not on my heartgold but on my soulsilver totally. Arghh I really dont know. Since the games came on the DS I found it harder to restart and make a good effective team, and it is also time consuming. Thats one reason that Im still on my first runthrough of platinum.
 
I don't like deleting my first save file, just because I think it holds so many memories of the first time I played it. In that case, I probably won't start over a kajillion times like most of you are going to do. I'm going to keep training my Pokémon until they're the strongest they can be!

Same here. I usually have 1 main file game, and another replay game.
 
I'll play through twice- once on HeartGold, the second time on SoulSilver. I played through the originals (plus Crystal) enough times that I think my thirst for Johto's adventures will be satiated with those two.
 
Well, with Diamond, I played it for a while and then, eventually got Platinum. I used Platinum as a restart and Diamond as my mule, carrying all of my teams so far, currently working on a third team. With all of that said, I think I'll do that with HeartGold and SoulSilver. I plan to get SoulSilver first since Silver was my beginning in the Johto era and I'll get HeartGold later on to have as my mule.
 
I'm gonna get Heart Gold and Soul Silver on release, which sadly is on March 26th here in Aus :(.

I'll use Heart Gold as my main file that i'll always keep, as Gold was my favourite game as a child. I'll use Soul Silver as a re-run file or a file to do monotype runs and such on.

To be honest I never reset my Gold when I had it, I loved it so much I just kept playing on the one file.
