If you'd like to open an art shop check out the Art & Design board. The welcome section isn't the best place to ask for requests so you're much better off over there as it's the best place for all art-related requests, sprites/pixels included. Good luck! Be sure to read over its rules first, though, of course.
Anyways, is there anything you're here for or is sprite editing your main interest? There's a lot to do on the forum from joining clubs to roleplaying so I do hope you'll enjoy it. The staff are around to help if need be anytime so don't be afraid to let us know if you need anything. :) Have a good one!

Yeahh, you should definitely check out Art & Design as Sheep suggested and try opening some shop there. Once you do, you'll be stuffed with requests. Also, don't forget to show off your pre-made sprites, so that others could actually see how you are at this and whatnot. n__n" Anyway, welcome to PokéCommunity!
