Normal/Psychic, looks like a bigger more stretched out Miltank with rocket wings. Evolves by having a Psychic type in the party as it levels up.

Brutal Band (Past Paradox)

The biggest change here is that the hair on the end of the tail is significantly longer, and there are several long 'hairs' on the tail to beat the drum like appendages on it's sides. This form also consists of two other 'band mates' who look very similar to it but have different intrument like markings on their bodies.

Hopine (hope + Canine)

It evolves from Houndoom with max friendship/affection and stops being edgy, becoming a far more cheerful canine Pokemon. Appearance wise it's akin to a much friendlier looking Fenrir.
It loses it's Dark typing and gains the Fairy typing instead, making the first ever Fire/Fairy type. It gains 100 stat points making it a Pseudo legendary line.

Wrestloct! (wrestle + octopus)

It looks similar, but with more arms and a green coloration, as well as a mask.

Gardole
While Mega Evolved, by using Psychic Noise 3 times in 1 fight, Mega Gardevoir will turn into Gardole; the embodiment of a black hole. Tremendously powerful, but righteous, nothing can escape it's grasp if angered.

Torpark
Water/Ghost. After successfully taking down an opponent with Destiny Bond Sharpedo evolves and gains the Ghost type. It becomes slightly smaller and surrounded by spectral energy.
It becomes slower (20 points), but bulkier (+30 to both Defenses) and gains more Attack (+30). It's signature move is Reach From the Depths, which drags the opposing Pokemon underwater never to be seen again. This is new DoT move akin to Whirlpool, where the Pokemon takes drowning damage if it isn't a Water type, but it has a higher base damage than Whirlpool.
