Is a Lopunny any good?

Is a Lopunny that knows the three elemental punches (Ice, fire, and electric) and Drain punch any good? If not, what maves should I teach it? Should I not use it at all?

And no that it inferior to like every normal type in the game, Lopunny should be a Baton Passer/supporter.
