    Opinions and Suggestions needed.

Hello dudes and dudettes! I have just started to get more into the competitive scene and I'd like some help with completing my team. I will gladly take suggestions on pokemon which would work with my current team. I have a really hard time trying to find viable pokemon for my team tho. Your opinions on my current pokemon are welcomed aswell. :)

Umbreon needs Foul Play to function offensively, as Dark Pulse is a weak move on it:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Foul Play
    -Heal Bell/Toxic
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Synchronize

Vaporeon and Sylveon are better Wish users, IMO, because of higher HP and better typing, respectively:

    Vaporeon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Scald
    -Ice Beam/Toxic/Roar
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

    Sylveon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate

Medicham is too frail for Bulk Up. It's best played as an all-out attacker:
    -High Jump Kick
    -Fire Punch
    -Zen Headbutt/Ice Punch
    -Bullet Punch/Substitute
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Medichamite
    Ability: Pure Power

Ice Shard is kind of unnecessary on Cloyster because of how Shell Smash boosts its Speed:
    -Shell Smash
    -Icicle Spear
    -Rock Blast
    -Hydro Pump/Razor Shell
    Nature: Naive/Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Never-Melt Ice/Icicle Plate/Lum Berry/Focus Sash/White Herb
    Ability: Skill Link

A Rapid Spinner would be appreciated on the team to deal with Cloyster's Stealth Rock weakness. Forretress is the best suited one, IMO:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Rapid Spin
    -Gyro Ball
    -Earthquake/Volt Switch
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

Teammates that help out Medicham fill in the last two slot. A slow Volt Switch/U-turn user (like Wash Rotom) gets Medicham in safely without it having to take a hit (Forretress does this too, if you opt for Volt Switch):
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

An attacker that clean up after Medicham has done its job, such as Lucario, Terrakion and Talonflame, can be put in the last slot:

    Lucario:
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -Extreme Speed/Bullet Punch
    -Crunch/Ice Punch
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Terrakion:
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Quick Attack/X-Scissor/Rock Slide
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

    or
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Earthquake/Protect
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    -Taunt/Earthquake/Swords Dance
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

    Talonflame:
    -Swords Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 48 HP/252 Atk/208 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Flare Blitz
    -Brave Bird
    -U-turn
    -Will-o-Wisp/Tailwind
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 48 HP/252 Atk/208 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Brave Bird
    -Roost
    -Substitute/Taunt
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/176 SDef/84 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gale Wings

I agree with PlatinumDude; Vaporeon definitely makes a better wish user. If you like, you could try Blissey as well. Here's a good moveset for it:

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
    Calm Nature
    - Seismic Toss
    - Thunder Wave
    - Wish
    - Heal Bell

    Chansey works, too:

    Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 240 HP / 248 Def / 20 SpD
    Bold Nature
    - Seismic Toss
    - Toxic
    - Heal Bell
    - Wish

Umbreon is not supposed to deal damage tho, i want him to be more like a special wall and an annoyer with first using Toxic then wish then protect in order to make the wish heal it and then dark pulse as a filler. I have tried to find foul play in x and y but I can't find it or find a way to learn Umbreon that move. I was thinking about a Smeargle as my baton passer with Shell Smash, King's Wall, Baton Pass and minimize/rock slide.

Foul Play is supposed to be Umbreon's main source of damage because it gets around its terrible offenses. To add, Foul Play is a move tutor in Black 2/White 2. I'm not sure about Smeargle as a Baton Passer, but if it were to be, I don't think that King's Shield is a good option on it:
    -Spore
    -Shell Smash
    -Baton Pass
    -Taunt/Ingrain
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 80 HP/96 Def/80 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Own Tempo

If you can't get Foul Play Umbreon, make do with Vaporeon or Sylveon, as I mentioned before. Nymphadora also mentioned Chansey and Blissey.

Hmm, well I don't know. Vaporeon or Blissey? Well they both feel like they could be a really good lead tho. I just don not know who to pick and if smeargle isnt a very good idea what kind of volt/baton switcher would you suggest besides rotom?

If you somehow got the idea that Rotom isn't available in X/Y, it's available, though it does need some luck.

Forretress can do the Volt Switching, as I already mentioned.

Do you have a suggestion to other attackers besides Lucario, Talonflame and Terriakon? Not that I don't like them, they just feel like pokemon everyone will use.

Agree with all the above, it's either Foul play Umbreon or switching to Vaporeon with Scald or Hydro pump.
Also consider taking a Houndoom with:
    -Inferno\Flamethrower
    -Fire fang
    -Foul play
    -Crunch

Like I said before, there is not way to learn Umbreon Foul Play in gen VI. I do consider to replace him with Vaporeon.

No. No. No way. Houndoom's Mega form is definitely the one you should use. This set doesn't use Houndoom's higher Special Attack to its full advantage:
    -Fire Blast
    -Dark Pulse/Destiny Bond
    -Solar Beam/Hidden Power (Fighting/Ground)
    -Sunny Day/Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Houndoominite
Ability: Flash Fire (becomes Solar Power upon Mega Evolution)

I was going or medicham as my only mega :P

Huh, forgot that Medicham was already on the team. In that case, forget about Houndoom.

I asked before if you knew any other good attackers instead of Lucario, Terrakion and Talonflame.

While I would've liked it if you use either one of those, as they're good at what they do, try out Noivern, which does see occasional use. It can sweep late-game and scout early-game:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Flamethrower
    -Focus Blast
    -U-turn/Switcheroo/Hurricane/Roost
    Nature: Naive/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Life Orb
    Ability: Frisk/Infiltrator

I updated My team. I'm thinking about maybe get the Noivern you told me about PlatinumDude.

If you're using Hydro Pump, Cloyster has to use a Naive nature, so that the move's power isn't weakened.

High Jump Kick is preferred over Drain Punch because Medicham loses out on a lot of power if it opts for Drain Punch. Most of its moves aren't even that strong in the first place and High Jump Kick is its strongest move.

Remember that people will look down on you using evasion moves like Minimize, so replace that move with something else with more utility, like Taunt or Magic Coat.

Edit: you'll need a Rapid Spinner on the team because Cloyster (and possibly Noivern) are weak to Stealth Rock). Use Excadrill or Starmie:

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head/Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    -Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Air Balloon/Chople Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide/Shadow Claw/X-Scissor
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or

    -Rock Slide/Shadow Claw
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Atk/24 SDef/100 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers

    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe

50% of my team will contain water pokemon if I choose starmie so I'm thinking of Excadrill or Fortress. What do you think I should replace hydro pump with? I agree with the fact that high jump kick is the strongest move on Medicham but there is also a chance that I will miss or that the opponent blocks my attack which will cause my medicham to lose half of its health. The Ice Punch is mostly against fairy types and Grass/Ground types. The minimize on Smeargle is just a placeholder.

Still, Medicham needs the raw power of High Jump Kick. You have to eliminate Ghost Pokemon before Medicham comes in to spam High Jump Kick. You also need good prediction skills with Medicham.

Razor Shell is an alternative move for Cloyster.

Like I said, Taunt or Magic Coat on Smeargle. They have more utility.
