Is anyone familiar with Windows Mobile 6.1 or MetroPCS phones?

I'm having a problem playing the .mp3 and .wma music files from my microSD card on my new Samsung Code smartphone on metroPCS. The phone runs Windows Mobile 6.1

A Google search has failed to help me solve this problem. They don't even say how to format your card for the phone.

I really don't want to have to format the card but if I must I would need a way to back up my music. I don't think that's the issue anyway becuae the image files I have stored on the card work just fine.

You might want to contact their support about that. I doubt there will be many people with experience with that exact package of smartphone software.

Are you certain the phone's OS has a music player built-in? You may want to try downloading one made for that OS if there isn't one. I honestly have never even touched a phone using Windows Mobile.
