Is Deoxys Still a mythical because it's released for everyone to catch in ORAS without an event

Is Deoxys Still Mythical

Deoxys may have lost its event status, but in all intents and purposes it's still a mythical. This is also considering it's banned from VGC events along with all the other mythicals.

I'm not sure if Deoxys can even be considered a pokemon. He is an alien and not from the Pokemon World. So Mythical would be probably be a correct definition for him.
Well you could apply that logic to Clefairy, Elgyem and other 'alien' Pok?mon who are not Mythical.

I'd say Deoxys probably is still mythical for the banning reason already listed above.
