4th Gen Is Game Freak spoiling too much about these games?

well, there is obviously a pluthera of stuff they haven't told us yet- but that's how they market- they tell you all the new features of the game so we want it way more
(i didn't use a single caps while writing that)

Pokémon (and nintendo, respectively) haven't got as huge of a grip on the video game market as they used to, so I think they may be expecting the game to not sell as well as some of their previous titles.

I've seen far too many reviews claiming "Same game, same simple story" etc. where they are failing to realise that the Pokémon series isn't majorly a story orientated RPG, and if they were to drastically change too much they'd have angry fans.

Anyway, my major point is they're trying to promote the new features to make people actually BUY the game, rather than just say "Eugh another pokemon game, no way".

actually, almost everyone, including Nintendo, are expecting this to be one of the biggest game releases since the original

They're just revealing the information for it very quickly, that's all. They reveal a lot about the other Pokémon games before, just with this the information if coming out quicker.

A perfect example of one becoming overly anxious for the game by all the revieled information is quoted below. Even though some may want things to remain at a low scale, they still enoy the news and eagerly wait for the time of the game's release.

Αre you saying this for good or bad?You agree with my opinion or not?

I was using your last expression to give an example on how the much news given off can make one excited for the game and want to purchase it prior to its release. I do agree with your opinion however, as I along with many more gamers are very anxious upon this game's arrival. Just using your thoughts to show a point on what advertising so much spoilers, or information, on the game can make one want to purchase it like I stated earlier.

I wouldn't consider the news to be released faster as with any Pokémon games most scans come monthly from the Coro Coro magezines. The game is going to be a large release and with so many people interested it in it, it just seems as though news seem to be coming in large bundles at a faster speed. However, after wanted for so long and Nintendo/Game Freak knowing this, the amount of details released just catches much attention, which is the same point many have been stating here before.

Well of course there is gonna be more surprises. They won't tell everything right away.

And
a. Apologize? It's not like that game was bad.
b. Well of course it's going to be better. It's a remake, not a port.

I meant apologise, as in most of us were expecting it to be a full blown remake with millions of new features to keep us going with FR/LG. Didn't get much new features, well, compared to HG/SS. That was my fault for not wording it correctly XDXD

Got me with point B.
