[Audio] Is it okay to incorporate copyrighted bgm music from other sources into Pokémon hacks?

There are songs I like from other games that I think would fit into the hack, but I'm wondering if there's anything I should be aware about before I go through with putting it in.

You're already hacking a game and thus using assets that don't belong to you. Porting music ripped from another game is just the same. The risk with both isn't zero, but it's slim for a free fangame project.
My hack uses music exclusively from another game, so I'm gonna say it's fine lol
