Is it or not?

which kind of curse theres 2 kinds ? and which ever one would suck so i wouldnt get one with curse.

I haven't seen you around for a while, but are you out of your mind? CurseSkarm? I don't think that would work, especially on someone as starved for moveslots as Skarm.

Wow.

it might work

Skarmory@Shed Shell
252 HP / 252 SP.DEF / 6 ATT
Careful nature
- Curse
- Taunt / Steel Wing
- Brave Bird
- Roost

Something like that lol

Imagine Gyarados face when you Taunt it on the switch in and Curse up and the look on PHazers faces when they try and Roar, only to get a taunt.

It would need many more ATK EVs to actually be effective.

Like about every thing else in gsc, Skarm used curse and was good at it.

I actually like the idea of this. I can see curse and roost working well together. I'd probably pump some special defense into this one to help it tank better.

I don't know, STAB Brave Bird after a curse or two doesn't sound half bad.

It probably wouldn't work great, but it would be a fun novelty to play around with.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Adamant
252 HP, 196 SDEF, 62 ATK
Brave Bird
Curse
Roost
Steel Wing

Maybe that would work better?

Maybe you could trail it on Shoddy see what happens? I think that it's good people are coming up with original sets; if everyone goes for the standard, then it'snot as exciting. A bit of something unexpected can turn matches in some cases.

it could work against, say, a curse snorlax or CB ttar, but that's about it.

Skarm also gets SD for quick kills. I prefer the extra Attk.

That was stupid. Is skarmory a ghost? No. Curse functions differently for them.

And yes, i perfer my skarmory with curse. Its not overly fast so i dont see the point in a speed wall. Plus brave bird with minimal recoil hurts like hell.

+Def doesn't make recoil increase. It's entirely dependant on the damage you do to your opponent. Since you're doing more damage, it would actually increase.
