Is it possible to make a GTS or something similar?

    Yes. Answer says it all.

    If you wanted a longer answer, then: yes, but it's fairly difficult and involves you having somewhere online to put a database on. Manual p2p trades would be easier to code up; the Raptor game has them; it involves trading txt files back and forth between both players (and personally, I'm not fond of that).

    Finding someone to (help you) make a GTS is a different matter.
