    Hi!

I am attempting to make two regions, on the same world map,(Like Pokemon Light Platinum) - But I can't seem to find a way to squish it all in. Pokemon Light Platinum's map looks so nice and smooth, whereas my map looks like smushed garbage.

    I'd appreciate any assistance!

    Also, another question:

How can I have the world map change when I walk into a certain room? Say, Five Island - The Map would change to an image of my choice. (After correctly inserting it)

    Thanks :)

Light Platinum regions have quite small images, like the routes of the second region are pictured very short
You should try to do the same in your map
Also I'd suggest to design the map with the first region starting up in the left of the picture and the second from down in the right part of the picture

If you're hacking Fire Red you can use two of the four world maps available. The game has already some functions to switch maps easily. Even with Ruby there is a tool to insert a second world map. I think at the end is better than squishing two regions in a single map.

Well, does anyone know how I can insert my own region map into my game? (I managed to get two regions into one image, but I can't seem to load it into UN-LZ without it being garbled garbage..)

    Thanks :)

Also, Dr. Seuss, you said that there are functions to switch the maps easily - How would I call these functions in certain rooms?

    Thanks :)
