    heyos! =3 is it true that crossbreeding an english game pokemon with a japanese game pokemon increases the chance of having a shiny egg?
     
    it sure is, just breed any pokemon from your english game with one from a japanese version like this pearl for example

    It's called the Masuda Method, and it works as long as both parents are from games with different languages (French and Arabic, for example).
    The resulting egg has a 1/2048 chance of people shiny upon hatching.
