there is no need to post out level. all pokemon are assumed to be lvl 100, maximum stats unless Hidden Power is in use. In order to rate fairly, we only rate/fix the "dream team" in your mind. You don't have to have one in reality, but just what you think a good team is. We assume all pokemon to be lvl 100 and max stats too as this is how online pokemon battle works too.
