    Nope, you get one when you start the new Gamecube game, I believe. You can then trade it to FR/LG however. ^_^

    Where to catch g/s/c pokemon? I think there is mystery island where you can catch them.

    Yes you can catch GSC Pok?mon in this game

    https://www.serebii.net/red_green/mystery-island.shtml - Theres lists on each Island page there. Click the island to go to the page

    They are on Islands 3-7 with 8 holding Ho-oh & Lugia and 9 holding Deoxys. The legendary dogs are found in Kanto too

    However not all GSC Pkmn are obtainable in this and will require you to trade with Colosseum
