4th Gen Is roserade worth it?

Yes, it has base 125 sp.att, which is beastly and reaches 459 speed with this set, which is a free sleep move.

One of the best leads aswell.

Definitely worth a slot on any team IMO.

Um, yes, roserade is super fast and strong when it comes to SA
 
Roserade isn't a sleeper, in no way whatsoever. If you want a sleeper, go with butterfree, Compound Eyes gives sleep powder a 95% sleep chance, and has decent speed to boot. On top of that, she can learn Dream Eater <.<
 
Roserade is worth it. Extremely high special attack and speed for a good beginning of the game Pokemon. If you can get a good Roserade with Hidden Power, it deserves a spot on your WiFi team.

Actually, if you want a sleeper, go with Breloom. 100% accuracy on Spore + Sub + Focus Punch.
