    I tried Netlazero's Link, and it didn't show up,
    If anyone had it please upload it and send it to me! Because i wanna hack Pokemon Black and white 1!
     
    Not sure about that specific tool, couldn't find very much through Google searching. This post contains links to some NDS/3DS tools, although not sure if those will be any use to you since I don't know too much about hacking later generations. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!
