Is there a simple way to change every single trainer's level to a specified number? (Fire Red)

    I'm currently working on a ROM where every single Pokemon is level 1, including the player. The problem is, I don't want to stay up all night just changing stuff on map editor and trainer editor. I need a way to either:

    1- Get something that lets you change EVERY trainer+encountered Pokemon to level 1.
    2- Get something that changes opposing Pokemon levels to match the user's (come on, this has to have been done before)
    3- Get a patch that has done this (highly unlikely so idk why I included this)

    I'm using V1.0, which is the one compatible with the most stuff.


    Thank you so much! I prefer tools that are easier to use honestly. If any exist, it will be amazing.
     
    I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand how to put the code into the game. Advance Code has a completely different code language and I'm a complete noob to this. Sorry if I'm being dumb. How can I run this?
