Is There A Site To Record Caught Pokemon On?

I've always wanted to have or use a site in which could record the Pokemon you've caught over the games, how many of each, and even if you recaught it after trading them away to another game. Obviously, I've never known of a way to do this, other than make a hard-to-read and messy list on something like a forum or a text file of some sort.

Is there, by chance, a site that allows you to do this without it being all that messy?

Also, if it doesn't already exist, someone should make it.

I'm not sure if there is... You could make a Spreadsheet instead though. I'm doing that and it's going well and it's kinda fun ^_^
I don't know if I can accurately describe them, but Google will let you make them if you have an account.

The problem is that's exactly what everyone basically suggests, but what I want is a legit site that looks like a real Pokedex; a high quality thing like that. I realize that it's unlike that it doesn't exist, but I at least hope someone is reading this so that they have an idea and do exactly this for other people. Like, say you make an account on it, mark down which games you have, then record it accordingly. That'd just be so much nicer than having a spread sheet or graph to show all of this stuff.

I don't exactly see the merit in such an application, tbh. Besides some statistical value on what the majority of user likes to catch, it doesn't seem too appealing to me. Or is it something like a Facebook for people who like to play the Pokemon games? That would be the only thing that would bear such a feature, but in order to code something of this format...

On the other hand, maybe the owners of the source code of Facebook are willing to sell it for a couple of dollars.

Let's say a similar to myanimelist-format page but with a list of Pokémon instead.
I'm not aware of any app or page with such feature, but sounds good.

Exactly; albeit a bit more neat - complete with a small sprite picture (custom for the respective pokemon).

The 'merit' of it would be to record what you've caught, and how many you've caught over all the games you own. It's nothing like Facebook, though it could easily be a Facebook app... though honestly I'd much rather have it be as Kenchiin had described in how it runs, even though (as I said) it's still not really what I meant.

I imagine it'd be more for the 'hardcore' fans of Pokemon games who are curious as to see how many Pokemon they've caught over the generations (literally and figuratively for 'years'). Of course, this personally would appeal to me, as I would consider myself quite the fan of Pokemon.

Also, wouldn't that be illegal without permission from the respective companies?
