4th Gen Is this a glitch?

Today I want on GTS to search Deoxys. I found to different shiny ones. I went to trade for them and the game said "This Pokemon can not be traded." Is that supposed to happen??

Yep. It means you're offering a legendary that is a lower level than it can legitimately be caught in the games.

I don't hav hacked pokes though..... so does that mean the deoxys were hacked

Your Deoxys? Is it shiny? Then it's probably hacked for sure. GTS doesn't accept hacked Mew/Deoxys since they need a special coding in them... It doesn't care about hacked Celebi/Jirachi but they'll probably change that too hopefully.
Edit: The pokemon you are offering, not what you see. Your pokemon is hacked, the offers must be from the island to have the special code and the GTS shows them since it doesn't detect warp or ticket hacking.

Yea Wheelz, they're dumb and can't read what you said, it means their pokemon are hacked.

No, it means that YOUR Pokemon is hacked. Their monster is just fine since GTS is allowing it to be traded. If you claim to have legit Pokemon, then I don't know what to tell you...

I should know, since I'm a hacker. ALSO, you CAN upload hacked Mew/Deoxys onto GTS, just as long as they have the obedience bit.

no hacking going on here, except for the deoxys.. Legendaries are banned from gts, just read the topic in this board all about it..
