As for the card, that's a Mew ☆ δ (EX Dragon Frontiers 101), which is a real card, but I personally don't know how to tell whether this card is officially-made or a counterfeit Mew ☆ δ. The TCG Rules and Guidelines post has resources you can use to help find out, though.
