I would personally say yes, but don't base it on my opinion alone. Maybe someone else who's more familiar with the newer cards could help you. (old school guy, here. Just got back into it)

Most definitely is a fake. Most, if not all, of the text on the bottom half of the card is in the wrong font, the Darkness Energy symbols on the cards all look way too washed out, and the Weakness and Resistance energy symbols used are the wrong image, even if they are the correct type.
