Is this charizard super rare?

Hello. I found a beat up shadowless holographic charizard 4/102 in my old collection (picture attached). Heavily played condition unfortunately.

It looks like the foil is misprinted. All the other charizard have diff foil background bit this one has just the plainish silver background..underprinting error?? Has anyone seen this before? Any idea how much it helps?

Thanks for the reply! It's ok. I think someone sold an entirely fake pack of pokemon cards to me as a child. I've been going through my thousands of cards over the past few days and found about 20 fakes including that charizard. All good though. I have a base set two holo charizard that's the real deal and I've kept it in a separate case so it's in good shape. I plan to get graded among other cards. Thanks again!
