Question: Is this forbidden?

I'm pretty sure we've had them before in Other Games, so it could go there.

As far as I know, without a slot 2 flashcart as well, you can't emulate GBA on DS though. :/
 
It's hard to say. I've seen some moderators close threads that focus on flashcarts. If you post a thread about flashcarts in the Emulation forum, chances are, it won't get closed unless you start linking to illegal content.

There are better web forums than the PokeCommunity for such discussions and I'm advising you to seek them if you want in-depth flashcart discussions.

Erica, trust me when I say GBA emulation on the DS is possible without a slot-2 flashcart. ;)
