I feel like this card is a fake. The holo background is circles, the outline of Hitmonlee is off, and the font in smaller than normal. Can anyone confirm?

Yep. The wrong fonts and unofficial foil pattern are tell-tale signs that it's fake. (Also, 22/62 Fossil Hitmonlee should be non-holo.)
