Is trist card a fake?

I just got what semes to be a 1st edition holo slowpoke from jungle set when i bought some cards online. So my question is is it fake? Cus i cant recall that there are and holo slowpokes in this set.

Fake without question. That holo pattern you see in the pictures was never used on any Pokemon cards.
