3rd Gen Island help

    On the island with the ice cave what do you do after you help the E4 girl with the rockets and how do you get into the rocket hideout. after you get the girl out of the maze cave thing what do you do. What do you do in all the caves with the black pokemon that look like letters? What do you get for the battle tower? And how do you get into the cave with the door blocking it on island 5 i think thanks for any help you can give me.
     
    At the ice cave you can get HM07 Waterfall. You can't get into the Rocket Headquarters until you have gone to islands 6 & 7. With the caves with the black Pokemon that look like letters, which are called Unown, you just capture them. At the Battle Tower, you don't get anything, which I think is pointless. Hope that helps! :)
     
    wheres the boat to go back to the islands and how can i get to island 4 5 6 7 8???
