If so, wouldn't the legendarys be able to learn it?
They are guardians of nature, ain't they?
(Mewtwo & Deoxys are the only ones I think would be exections....they were born of unnatural events....)

It's just a Grass-type ball of energy hurled at the opponent. While I can see where you draw the link from, I don't think it's valid.

Nah they wouldnt because as mentioned its grass also isnt it a grass attack so therefore should only be learned to grass type pokemon
