A pokemon (Camerupt was my choice.) with the ability Magma Armor will speed up egg hatching, yes.

A pokemon with Flame Body will do it, too. I always use Magmar :)

Catch a Magcargo, since it has both of those abilities, that's about all it's useful for XD

Just go to Stark Mountain and catch a Magcargo.
