[Map] Issue with adding tiles

So I found a tileset and I want to add the entire set but I can't find anything on it and what I have found hasn't worked. Is there a way to add an entire set?

Unless every tile in the set uses the exact same palette, which usually isn't the case, there's not really a way to "mass insert" an entire tileset. You'd need to add in your new palettes then do it section by section. Here's a good tutorial in case you hadn't read it yet.
