Is Deoxys-S E or F on Metakids Calculator because if it's F then It's a OHKO with Extremespeed.

I like it for the soul fact there isn't a blissey or garchomp to be found 8). It looks like a team I would use but for the miltank, lately I've been trying to make a good one for competitive battles and this is the set I planned on

    Miltank@leftovers
    Milk drink
    toxic
    curse
    Healbell/earthquake

whoops hit enter too early, anyway that set I listed has a big Skarmory weakness so its risky

deoxys-e is the new OU addition. it wouldn't OHKO it, unfortunately. you may as well give this guy CB if you want it to do some real damage.

i'd give gardevor reflect instead of willowisp. your team will definitely benefit from it and it's a lot safer than using WoW this gen. besides, heatran can take care of offensive deoxys-e's quite easily.

your miltank is poop =/ curse is a no. i don't know why people insist on it ._. give it scrappy nature and seismic toss + twave/body slam. your last options can be focus punch/heal bell and definitely milk drink. focus punch is just an option for predicting blissey switch ins. also helps against stupid spiritomb switch ins.

raikou is no good without timid nature. either you keep modest and replace leftovers for speed berry (forgot the name), or go timid.

your team really has issues with dragons. miltank isn't the best physical wall and raikou is very threatened by them even with hp ice.

Lol Scrappy is not a nature it's an ability.

Heatran takes care of dragons though.

How about I replace Miltank with Bronzong then?

Why would you even for a second think we are testing Deoxys-F in OU?

Bronzong over Miltank is fine. Poliwrath's SDef EVs should be in Spd.

Why is Dark pulse and Lava Plume on heatran ?

Fire blast and Earth power NOAW !!!

A better question is why are they even considered as options, scarf Heatran is hit and run, lava Plume (Which is only really an option on bulky heatran) just wont cut it damage wise and neutral Fire Blast does more damage even when Dark Pulse is super effective =/

Earth power lets you not get completely walled vs Tyranitar, Tentacruel and a whole other host of threats and has unparalleled coverage along with Fire and Ice.

I'm not testing it. Simply trying to find a way to beat it.

    Poliwrath has no Spdef EVs.

Alright but what about Flamethrower instead because Fire Blast doesn't hit most of the time on Shoddy.

oops my mistake. you knew what i mean XD

and yes, bronzong would definitely work. your whole team already takes fire attacks very well, so having something like bronzong lure in fire attacks but resist ground attacks is good stuff. it's not as good of a staller as miltank but it works well with your team.

Yes, Baiting out a fire attack with Zong could work really well. I assume that Arcanine has Flash Fire? Also, Levitate could help with the 3 Ground weaknesses.
I have personally found the non-cursing Miltanks to be a bit fragile for OU stalling.

but cursing miltanks don't stall anyway. the only upside of the non-cursing paramilk set is that it can paralyze special sweeper switch ins and hit everything in the game with seismic toss + scrappy.

Then why are you using Arcanine to beat it? Wrath had SDef EVs when I last looked at it, and Heatran really does want Fire Blast. 85% acc is great for a 120 BP move, just ask Hera.

Because it's a threat. And with it's speed you would either need a first priority move or something with focus sash + Mirror Coat to beat it.

    Defender HP: 301
    Damage: 298- 350
    Damage: 99.00% - 116.28%

That's Flamethrower to a Heracross before I put in EVs. Besides why would Hera stay in when ScarfTran will always outspeed it unless the user is a n00b.

It's an Uber. It won't be in OU.

I didn't mean Fire Blast is good to use on Hera (though it is). I meant that Heracross commonly uses Megahorn, which is the same BP and acc as Fire Blast.

    Also Scarfcross outspeeds Scarftran.

I agree with you completely, but I reckon if there was a physical bug equivalent to flamethrower, it would commonly used.

i spy 2 fire pokemon. you need a water special wall or something that resists water. poliwrath wont do much against special water.

Actually Poliwrath can have Water Absorb.

But anyway, maybe Vaporeon over Gardevoir.

    Vaporeon @ Leftovers **Buckethead
    *Water Absorb*
    Calm | 252 Hp / 204 SDef / 54 Def or SAtk
    ~Wish/Substitute*
    ~Surf
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Yawn/Shadow Ball/Haze/Acid Armour*/Baton Pass*

EVs take two consecutive Draco Meteors from Specsmence.

Water Absorb takes Water hits better than nicely.

    Yeah sure okay.

    Rate it please.
Mixed Infernape can swallow your team whole if you're not careful, so can CS Garchomp.

Seeing as you lack some type of Sp. Defense, perhaps this would be the perfect opportunity to add a Snorlax or a Blissey. Most preferably Blissey since you have absolutely no defense against Status Inflictions.
