[PokeCommunity.com] It's Gettin' Hot in Here [UU Sunny Day Team]

    Jumpluff @ Heat Rock
    Nature: Jolly
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 252 HP / 6 Attack / 252 Speed
    - Sleep Powder
    - Sunny Day
    - U-turn
    - Encore

Jumpluff is my lead. First I use Sleep Powder the opponent to sleep. Then I'll set up Sunny Day to support my team. I'll use Encore to trap a Pokemon who uses a non attacking move. Then I'll U-turn out to switch to a more appropriate Pokemon.

    Arcanine @ Life Orb
    Nature: Jolly
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 252 Attack / 6 Defense / 252 Speed
    - Extremespeed
    - Morning Sun
    - Flare Blitz
    - Thunder Fang

I went with Flash Fire so that in case the opponent planned on using a fire type attack I could switch in to Arcanine. Extremespeed is used to attack Pokemon that won't be badly affected by Flare Blitz. Flare Blitz becomes stronger in the sun and is an excellent STAB move for Arcanine. With Sunny Day, Morning Sun restores 2/3 HP so I'll be able to restore recoil and Life Orb damage. Thunder Fang is used to attack Water/Flying types for super effective damage.

    Tangrowth @ Life Orb
    Nature: Jolly
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Attack / 252 Speed
    - Swords Dance
    - Power Whip
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide

Tangrowth has an excellent speed with Sunny Day support. I'll start with a Swords Dance and then attack with STAB Power Whip. Earthquake for the Fire/Steel types in the way. Rock Slide for the Flying/Bug types.

    Rhyperior @ Leftovers
    Nature: Adamant
    Trait: Solid Rock
    EVs: 140 HP / 252 Attack / 32 Defense / 84 Speed
    - Stealth Rock
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Megahorn

If possible I can set up Stealth Rock and then hit with either of the listed attacks. Earthquake and Stone Edge provide nearly perfect coverage for Rhyperior.

    Spiritomb @ Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Attack / 6 Defense
    - Trick
    - Pursuit
    - Sucker Punch
    - Shadow Sneak

Trick the opponent to trap it into one move. Or boosted attack to take out attackers with Sucker Punch. With Trick the opponent will probably want to switch out so I'll use Pursuit. Shadow Sneak is for taking out the opponents last bit of HP. I used Spiritomb mainly to take out Uxie which I seemed to have had a problem with before.

    Exeggutor @ Leftovers
    Nature: Rash
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 6 Attack / 252 Speed / 252 Spc. Atk
    - Sunny Day
    - Solar Beam
    - Psychic
    - Explosion

If Jumpluff's Sunny Day ends I can use Exeggutor to set it up again. I can then use STAB Solar Beam or Psychic for super effective damage for the Ground/Water/Grass/Fighting/Poison types. If all else fails or it's HP is low I can use Explosion.

For Exeggutor: It's walled by Steels, so Hidden Power (Fire) is a good option over Psychic not only to deal with them effectively, but to also benefit from the power boost Sunny Day gives.
