Well, according to Sesame Street it is. I haven't made a team and thought I could make a UU team, and maybe /not/ fail miserably.

Omastar @ Leftovers
Shell Armor
Bold Nature (-Atk, +Def)
252 HP, 176 Def, 80 SpD
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Beam
- Surf
Ahh Omastar. With the ability to make people see him and yell "OMA!", or make people run in fear, as Omastar is one heck of a lead. I was debating whether touse spikes or T-spikes, but in the end, I chose to use Spikes since T-spikes is useless in UU. Stealth Rock is there for obvious reasons. Ice Beam and Surf are there for attacking and such.
Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Pressure
Careful Nature (-Atk, +SpD)
252 HP, 4 Def, 252 SpD
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power (Fighting)
I can't believe I've never used Spiritomb before, but he looks cool, as a tank, and a spin blocker, and something else. But anyway, this is a set I made myself. It probably fails, but it's meant to stop P-Z somehow. Also acts as a Spin Blocker, to stop others from spinning away my lovely spikes. I'm willing to change the set. Also somewhat a special wall.
Houndoom @ Choice Scarf
Flash Fire
Mild Nature (-Def, +SpA)
4 Atk, 252 Spe, 252 SpA
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Hidden Power (Flying)
- Pursuit
Fear the SCARFDOOM! But meh. Houndoom's meant to take out some of those tougher Pokemon, like Sceptile, Rotom, Mismagius and something else. Revenge kill mainly, but yeah.
Hariyama @ Leftovers
Thick Fat
Impish Nature (-SpA, +Def)
80 HP, 172 Atk, 252 Def, 4 Spe
- Force Palm
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off
- Whirlwind
Physical wall amirite? Anyway, I needed a physical wall for reasons I can't explain and even if I could I wouldn't want to (I'm not good with UU). Can stop the likes of Steelix, Rhyperior and other physical sweepers in their paths.
Dugtrio @ Choice Band
Arena Trap
Jolly Nature (-SpA, +Spe)
4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Night Slash
Never really liked Dugtrio, yet I'm using him in my team. Dugtrio is something I'd definitely replace with something, but I felt my team needed a revenge killer. Kills simple stuff, and fails because it's so frail and all.
Venusaur @ Life Orb
Overgrow
Jolly Nature (-SpA, +Spe)
4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
- Sleep Powder
- Swords Dance
- Seed Bomb
- Earthquake
Oh Venusaur, how I love thy. SD venusaur, is meant to be the star of my team, thus basing my whole team around him. Late game can be a beast. Sleep them, SD up and sweep from there. I'm using Jolly > Adamant for speed, which is what I feel that I need. Can also suck up Toxic Spikes for my team.

Conclusion
I'm really considering replacing Dugtrio with something else, Maybe RP Rhyperior, since he's so frail and can't do anything to save his life. I can't see any weaknesses for my team at a glance, so give it a rate.
