    Just like the title says, think of things GameFreak could do to bring your favorite pokemon out of the doldrums of BL/UU/NU and into OU/Uber material. Be as creative as you can without making it outright unbeatable. :D

    Crobat's biggest problem is his shallow movepool and the poor type coverage his STAB moves offer. I think giving him access to Crunch and the elemental fangs would help a lot, as well as giving the poison-type in general more strengths.

    It wouldn't hurt to bolster his defensive stats by five points each. XD

    Hmm, I'm not really that well-informed about competitive play, but I'm pretty sure in generation 4 Jumpluff is a NU, but gets used often in ubers because of Groudon. So, with Drought Ninetales existing in generation 5... Well, with the insane speed Jumpluff reaches that way and its huge annoying movepool, I can see Jumpluff's popularity rising, even with the suboptimal defensive typing. But, the real only problem I can see is Politoed ruining the Chlorophyll bonus. Ice shard I don't think as a problem of, no one would leave Jumpluff out against one of these without a Substitute up.
     
    For Gallade, I'd give it a lot more Special Attack so that it can function as a mixed sweeper. For Daikenki, I'd give it Shell Break to boost its "meh" Speed and good offenses further. Scizor and Emboar should also have a bit more Speed. Jalorda should also have more offensive moves and better offensive stats.
     
    Ooh I put a lot of thought into this!

    First off, Alakazam could do with Nasty Plot. Also Aura Sphere so I don't have to rely on Focus Blast.

    Mold Breaker as an ability which would be really handy.

    And change its stats from:

    HP: 55
    ATK: 50
    DEF: 45
    SP.ATK: 135
    SP.DEF: 85
    SPD: 120

    to

    HP: 65
    ATK: 50
    DEF: 63
    SP.ATK: 138
    SP.DEF: 98
    SPD: 121

    Bringing its BST from 490 to 535.

    That would make it so much more viable.
     
    I'd give Ninetales a little more Special Attack and Defense to make it a contender for UU.

    Along with Giving Flareon Flare-Blitz and Luxray Volt Tackle.

    Giving Emboar either better defenses or more speed. Along with Giving Jalorda more Sp.Attack/Attack and some better moves; Daikenki getting more Defense/Speed/HP/ taking of some Sp.Attack.

    And there's more I can't think of em' right now :o
     
    I'd give Persian a major upgrade:

    HP: 100
    Attack: 105
    Defense: 90
    Speed: 125
    Special Attack: 65
    Special Defense: 90

    And give it access to Fire Fang, Ice Fang, and Thunder Fang.
     
    Umbreon and Smeargle fair off nicely where they are needed, so there's not much to improve with them but Smeargle's move pool is so bad omg it can't learn anything it sux loolol Increase the stats on Smeargle at least though. That's really all it needs, as most people will point out.

    Rotom...needs nothing. It's beautiful gorgeous flawless etc. so I'll move on to Seed bby. It would be amusing to see the little gal in OU or Ubers. XD; I think if it had access to Butterfly Dance, that would help it a lot, and give it God-like stat boosts. Not much you can do for an NFE like Seed bby though. ;-; Same goes to Quilava; hell, even Typhlosion doesn't belong in OU. :|

    Furret needs a better move pool and stats....that's all I can say, really. I'm not competitively savvy. :( Furret needs access to Fire, Ice, and Thunder Punch!
     
    Mawile needs a lot of help. Movepool is decent, but just lack the overall stats to at least be usable. Raising it base Attack and Defense to least 100, and giving it's HP a boost (75 maybe) would at least make it an option in UU. Now, making into the OU ranged would take even a lot more. It would need something like:

    HP: 85
    Attack: 120
    Defense: 120
    Speed: 45
    Special Attack: 50
    Special Defense: 65

    I don't know, it'd make a decent physical wall I guess. :laugh:
     
    Lucario's stats should be this:

    HP: 70
    Attack: 130
    Defense: 90
    Special Attack: 110
    Special Defense: 90
    Speed: 100

    And give it access to Fire Punch(Since it can have Blaze Kick), Mach Punch and Drain Punch.
