Is there any other way to check pokes IVs without having to do an IV battle??

The only other way is to raise the pokemon...and unless you have crazy time on your hand....I wouldn't reccomend that one.

IVs are only acurate past lvl 45 and are 100% acurate at lvl 100.

So thoose IV battles are the only way to go.

I usually come out with accurate results using MetalKid's IV Calculator.

I'd level them up to like 13, and record each one, then calculate. Pretty much a nice choice if you don't have an Extra DS and you don't feel like badgering someone for an IV Battle.

I keep like 20 Rare Candies in my bag. Save, Lv up by 20, check IVs. You usually have a good idea by then. If the IVs seem ok, reset and level up more (or IV battle)
