I'm thinking it's a really good team. I'd go with Leech Seed on Celebi, and T-Wave on Cresselia.

Pursuiters will own Bibi and Cressi, you'll want reflect for sure.

1 Thing. Don't explode with Heatran unless you know your opponent doen't have a Mix-Ape. You aren't totally susceptable, but it can take a sizeable chunk. May I suggest Psychic over Ice Beam on Cress? Takes care of Mix-Ape. ;)

Seems like a really good team!

A few things to worry about:
    - No sleep talker. Heal Bell Celebi won't always work but I guess you can manage somehow, seeing how most of your pokemon are quite sturdy.
    - Not sure I like Choice Scarf Heatran, as it's very predictable and the opponent can know his item according to the damage when they switch into Blissey.
    - Nothing here can fully handle the famous SkarmCressBliss trio. Your only hard physical hitter is Metagross, and as a starter, he probably won't last that long.
    - Try Gengar instead of Gliscor. And don't worry about not having a "Hera counter", because with right switch ins you'll do just fine.
    - I don't like Toxic Spikes on Tentacruel, it doesn't seem like a stalling team.

agree on toxic spikes. this team isn't built around stalling and gives you less of a reason to be so concerned for countering heracross.

also, maybe you should give metagross reflect and cresselia twave. believe it or not, but reflect on metagross is really nice. agiligross has really lost its touch since physical walls like donphan, skarm and hippowdon switch in anyway, so while they make their way in, you may as well set up reflect for the rest of the team. besides, if you ever make a bad prediction about something like gyara switching out in fear of tpunch, reflect really gives you some leisure to bring celebi in with little worry for ice fang. also helps tenta do its job a whole lot better not fearing tpunch on nape as much and being able to survive EQs to KO what would normally be a threat. that way, you could drop gliscor for something a bit more productive. having metagross as your only reliable physical attacker is disappointing. i'm thinking something with a ground resist that can subpunch?
