IVs and EVs of NPCs in ORAS

Hi all -
I know some trainers in the series have EV-trained and IV-maxed Pokemon, but I am interested in the EVs and IVs of random overworld NPCs. There seems to be info on this in older games, but I was hoping someone had this in ORAS. It would be useful for a challenge run I'm doing for my youtube channel (blind/deaf runs https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLzaBAVxjdGUWS1oW_IW29Q)

Short version: Yes on IVs.

• Mostly all 0's for low level trainers and grunts.
• All 10-15 for some mid-level trainers, like Ace Trainers and Black Belts.
• 0's for Rival 1 battle, 15's for Rival 2 battle, 15-20's for Rival 3, 20's for Rival 4
• 20's for gym leaders, except Tate & Liza with 30's across the board.
• 20's for Team Aqua and Magma Leaders
• All 25's for the Elite Four. All 30's for Steven.
• 25's for Zinnia.

EV's: Not for trainers outside of the Battle Maison.

Natures: Not certain. Does not list those. May be neutral or random.
