Well the novel is just an epilogue really so, it's just a nice add on i guess. I do wish the novel was in in manga format though, i'm not against books i just prefer a series to be uniform. I enjoyed both, especially the ending of the novel.

Actually I did read them. They were very enjoyable as well.
I felt that the novel was a bit weak. But it was an epilogue after all so, yeah.

Eden no Ori is a good manga. Highschool of the Dead-esque but better, imo.

Never read HOTD, maybe I should give it a go?
But then again I have a lot of other manga I want to read :<

Do you think they would make a second season of it?(Anime)

If we're talking horror/survival manga why has nobody mentioned the best one of all, Battle Royale.

And another season of HOTD, not sure if there's enough manga material yet but it was popular so I guess it[s possible. The mangaka releases HOTD so slowly, i think he alternates 2 manga on monthly serialisations. I wouldn't mind if i liked the other one but Triage X sucks.

Haha. The anime was good in my opinion :o

nobody mentioned it because there is no ecchiness to it!! :3

I agree it was pretty good, looking forward for the OVA which is coming out soon.

And well it's not shonen ecchi like KissxSis or Ore no Eden it's certainly not something i'd suggest to my mum to read.

Isn't it scheduled to come out next month?

Ooo, so I'm guessing theres a lot of fighting and blood in that manga with some bit of swearing?

Blood and gore on the levels of Elfen Lied and Berserk and yeah i do recall a lot of bad language but I was mainly talking about the characters backstories. This character has probably the most tragic childhood ever. Even though it's not tagged as ecchi some of the stuff that happens is shown in graphic detail.

Ah, I guess that link is spoilerific so don't read it if your thinking about reading it.

And yup, I think so. I'll admit i'm looking forward for the Naruto movie even more though. :L

You tempted me so I read it :o

Theres another Naruto movie coming out? I stopped watching it a loonnggg time ago D: But I still read the manga, Bleach on the other hand I read and watch it :D

Yep it's out on DVD this month i think. He somehow travels back in time to when his parents were alive and does stuff....yeah, i've forgotten what it's about.

Ah if i was going to drop one of those shows it's have to be Bleach, I prefer Naruto's filler to Bleach and well Nana Mizuki (Hinata) isn't in Bleach. lol

Ahh, I see.

Nana Mizuki!? I know her from R+V :D

Just finished KissxSis, it was interesting to say the least, I prefer this over the anime :P

I like her in R+V, Naruto, Heartcatch Precure!, Jigoku Shoujo, Lyrical Nanoha amongst others. After hearing her meek voice as Moka and Hinata i was shocked to hear her singing voice.

KissxSis latest chapter....the teacher is most probably going end up in jail. -.-

These two are my favorite songs by her:

There are new chapters of KissxSis coming out? :o

Yup, KxS is still publishing. Monthly but it's definitely still going. Actually a few manga on your "completed" list are still ongoing.

I forget she does inserts as well as ops and eds. Off the top of my head she also did the 2nd ending "Discotheque", that one gets stuck in my head at random times.

And it was definitely worth waiting for. *adores*

Already in love with that op and the character designs.

Steins;Gate confused me. That's the reason why people has mixed views on it. On the other hand, Hanasaku Iroha. KANAE ITOU IS HNNNNNNNNNNNNG.

Kanae Itou has never been on my radar. Sure I know her, and sure I respect her, but seriously, I didn't know she could pull this off. Her most memorable role for me was Airi @ Queen's Blade and Elsie @ TWOGK.

Also, Ohmigawa Chiaki? Am I reading it right? Chiaki? As in Hotori? As in P-Ko? Her voice is.. nggg, but really I'm surprised at how I didn't recognize her. And I love how I recognize Mamiko Noto instantly. <3

Steins;Gate was not only confusing, but a little weird to me. I don't know if I am going to continue watching it, but it certainly left an impression on me, albeit an odd one.

I want to watch Sket Dance when it's subbed then encoded by someone. This is probably my most anticipated anime for this season. Anyone tried it yet, if released?

I think if an a first episode of a longish anime is confusing then it's a good thing.
Spoiler:
It does have an awesome voice cast though, Miyano (all be it slightly less fabulous than his more recent jobs) Yukari Tamura (my Rika-Chan Nipah) and of course the ever popular Kana Hanazawa (she loves love).

Anyway, I've only watched that and the surreal comedy Nichijou's first episodes so far. I'm pretty certain I want to watch Hana-Saku Iroha, so much hype after the first episode. Sket Dance is out and will probably be my Thursday anime, it was your praise of the manga that made me want to check that out RYOUKI.

I think my watching list might get a little packed this season.
Spoiler:

WHITE-FOX is doing steins;gate, so it has my blessings, especially after that new Rewrite OP.
Adding onto that, nitro+ did the game, character designs (and art in general) by huke, so ya.

Sket Dance is one of the "We'll do anything" organization shows/mangas. And quite a nice one at that.

also, that entire schedule is essentially my watch list. Though dropping stuff due to space will probably happen.

Yay, you're watching Sket Dance, it made me laugh, made me cry, made me.. oh wait. You're already watching it... Yeah, haven't watch it yet but it's definitely on my watch list.

On another anime related news, Aya Hirano is banned from voicing in an anime.

I had to lol at the Aya Hirano story, she's always had "drama" around her but seriously. It's another reason why people don't like the Japanese "otaku".
