I finally got around to starting the second season of Higurashi, really good arc to start the season with. Is it weird that i'll only watch that when it's pitch black outside?

Talk about being late to the game, I also started One Piece today, it started airing in 99 ^_^
 
Ahh, Higurashi. xDD;;
All my friends say it's extremely traumatising, but it looks interesting.
The "Naku Koro Ni Kai" opening is what made me notice it.
Hmm, what do you rate the first season out of ten? I might start it. xDD;;

And ~Ryukaa, I believe I gave the first season 9/10. Probably a lowish 9 but a 9 all the same. It's a good one if you feel like playing detective Or like seeing outwardly happy lolis being chopped, stabbed and generally tortured. I don't judge.
 
As you'd expect from one of the Key VN anime. I will admit i mainly remember My Soul Your Beats and Brave Song from that series.

If you've seen Air, this song will probably move you. "Goal" ;_;

It was a bit confusing during it, but it was a really nice series. :3

I can't remember a lot of Air actually, lots of talk about curses, flight and puppets but then bang, beautiful ending scene that really does stay with you. I really wish another Key VN would get animated, Little Busters or Planetarian would be nice.
 
I concur with Key being awesome

*still needs to buy the remaining DVD's of Kanon 2006*
 
I HAVEN'T STARTED KANON YET. AND I REALLY NEED TO.
The 2002 version looks really tempting to watch. xDD;;
Oh god, the art style for that version looks awesome. |D
2006 looks prettier though. ಠ_ಠ

2006 is the version i watched and yeah, it was awesome. If you know Clannad and Air you'll have a good idea what you're getting into.

I'm not feeling like watching anything serious today, glad i downloaded some K-On! and HideSketch specials. :)

Planetarian would be an OVA or movie at best. Doesn't have the length to do a full series.
Little Busters!....ya...again, screw you KyoAni. That's not coming til Fall season at least thanks to Nichijou assuming they're even doing it.

I watched most of Higurashi at night. Sadly, in an effort to finish it up, I ruined the last episode of the first season by watching it during the day, thus killing the drama. D:
Marathon'd it, though, so there was still hella drama.

It's not that bad. Gory Discretion Shots aboung. I'm a complete coward, and I liked it.

And... 7-8/10, though you weren't asking me~
