I do have a perfect shiny Gengar, but it means alot to me and i will need a good offer, I saw you on serebii forums :)

for the dragonite ill trade a shiny EV'd gallade 252 atk 252 spd and adamant nature. im not sure of the IV's but i know it has flawless atk

I have a lvl 80 Regirock...although im not sure how to check EV's
 
I have a lvl 100 shiny with good IV nearly perfect 31 31 31 31 31 30 Milotic bold nature does tat interest u?
