It's INCREDIBLY dismal. I was going to buy volume one of Chobits and volume five of Rurouni Kenshin along with the anime instruction book I saw yesterday, but my sister was in the same store so I couldn't pull it off ._.

Not much of a collection as I want it to be XD

Heh......I'd imagined a small collection for you would be ten times that much. Oh well, I suppose we're not alone then XD

Thats not a bad collection. Its about the size of the manga collection I have.

Sailor Moon Super S: vol 2 & 4
Suikoden 3: vol 1-3, 5 & 7
Chrono Crusade: vol 5
Mahbro (sp?): vol 1
Revlutionary Girl Utena: vol 1
Azumanga Daioh: vol 1 & 2

Thats my collection.

At least you're going less mainstream. I don't even know what to buy if I haven't seen it in an anime or mentioned on PC.


Also, I forgot to include Samurai Champloo volume 1 in my list......and the manga version is AWESOME; the plot is completely different than the anime o_o;
 
The Super S manga is alot better than the Super S anime. For one, the Outer Scouts are in the manga and the plot is the same anime, it just seems better.

Suikoden 3 is actually a manga based off of the game, Suikoden 3. Its basicly taking the game and putting it into manga. Still good though. I haven't played Suikoden 3, but I know what basicly happens and the manga has potraied it good. To my knowlage of reading about it.

Utena, well, I lost a bet with a friend about finding a job first and so I had to wear an avatar and banner of a character from Utena. So I bought the manga at a discount book store to see how the character really was. Then I found out the character has a nick name. Mr. Licky-Lick. o_O;

I have Bleach 1-9
Ranma1/2 1-29

And besides that I mave 80% of all Shonen Jump Manga.

Ranma 1/2? I checked out a manga of the series from my libary once, good series. I also got Ah! My Goddess! and the full set of the Nauscaa of the Valley of the Wind set. Probly so far, Nauscaa is one of my favorite manga series, that and Suikoden 3 are my top favorites so far. ^^;

EDIT: I'm sorry that the DCC keeps dying when I try to make a conversation. Sorry.

The premise of Ranma 1/2 makes something inside of me twitch; if it weren't for that I'd read it simply for being the work of Rumiko Takahashi.

Can anyone recommend anything new to me? x_x

I believe I can assure you that it has little, if anything, to do with the Norse armageddon. It was obviously lifted for something else. =P
 
That's rather disappointing......a Norse-themed manga would be a breath of fresh air; I'm surprised that no one has touched the subject yet.
