Ok.CN has nothing to do with cutting out anything. They just show the show and that is it. It is the dubbing company that does that.
CN is a great place to watch some cartoons. It is not that bad.

No, I'm pretty sure we get more blood in Naruto down here in the States. Not exactly adequate compensation for cutting out the sex, drugs, and gunslinging in SEED, but it's a start. XD

Blood is overrated, IMO. You can still have a great fighting scene with no blood in it.
