The fact that you're masquerading as First Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye is in and of itself amusing.

Thank you for exposing the gaping hole in our records, "First Lieutenant." This can only mean one thing: Sczieska's been falling behind in her recordkeeping. There's still a whole lot of backlog in our database.

Second Lieutenant Maria Ross is definitely not dead or missing. She intercepted your note to Colonel Mustang and answered it, did she not?

Sir, it is obviously known that the Military Messaging Service (MMS) is in some what way corrupted. The past letters that I have sent have been intercepted. If I also may add, it seems like you are in on this too, seeing that you knew of the writers of this letter, which included SL Havoc, which means that he must be in on Maria's disappearance. Not only that, it means Maria Ross also has access to the MMS. Yet you seem unconcerned, sir. Will her unauthorized retirement be swept aside?
