Japanese Pikachu ID Help!

    Hi! I found this old card that my dad got me almost 13 years ago when he went on a business trip to California. I've looked all over but can't seem to identify it. Here's a picture:

    The closest card I can find is this one here:

    They look identical except for a couple differences. My card has a black bulbasaur symbol below the picture and a number 40 in a circle in the lower right corner. The toyota promo pikachu doesn't have these symbols. If anyone can help me ID this card I'd really appreciate it!
     
    That does look like the English equivalent but the card is completely different. I'm really trying to find this exact card in Japanese. Basically I'm hoping it's just another version of the toyota promo and is worth $150.

    It's not another version of the Toyota Promo. It's a card from the Bulbasaur deck of the Japanese intro pack. It is not worth anywhere near $150. It may fetch between $2 and $4 individually, looking at what other cards from that deck are fetching right now.

    Below is the deck it is from. The page it links to for the #40 Pikachu in the Bulbasaur deck leads to that Wizards of the Coast promo card I linked above, as that was the only version of the card to be released in English.
