    I have a Lvl. 100 Milotic I can give you but I don't know if it is a hack or not because I got it in a trade :s. As for the spread I'm new to the idea of EV training so can you give me an example.

    for example you can say :
    252 Speed/252 Sp.Attack/ 4 Sp. Defense
    or maby
    252 Speed/ 100 Sp.Attack/ 154 Sp. Defense / 4 hp

    its up to you :)

    Ok then final deal. My Milotic for :
    I will give you my Lvl. 1 turtwig that I have as well and you can EV train with these stats into a Torterra.
    Name of pokemon: Torterra
    Evs in which stats:Speed 170/Sp.Attack 170/Sp. Defense 170
    Moveset:Stone Edge/Energy Ball/Earthquake/Crunch
