Just an update :3. I power leveled my Charmander all the way up until it was level 37 so it could learn flamethrower/fire spin, at which time it evolved into a Charmeleon. I just now leveled it to level 38, and it evolved into Charizard; my favorite Pokemon. THANK YOU! :D
