3rd Gen Johto Starters - Which One?

I'm getting Emerald tomorrow and I'm super-physced. But I'm wondering what Johto starter I should pick when the time comes around...

Chikorita, the grass-type

Cyndaquil, the fire-type

Totodile, the water-type

Righ' now I'm thinkin' Chikorita <3

I would reccomend Cyndaquil too, there are better plant-type pokes than Meganium and I simply don't like Feraligart.

I would get Cyndaquil but it's up to you. Get the one that you like more or the one that suits your team better.

Thats kind of weird..And dont you mean Prof.Birch. And It's kind of easier to just trade with pals it would probably take less time considering that you have to trade to consume some pokemon.

It'd be easier to trade the Johto Starters from Colosseum or XD and breed. But I don't have a Gamecube, so I don't know much about that.

so you mean if i get the national dex in emerald i can trade from my colluseum to emerald,breed and transfer to pearl?! SWEET!!! wait what do i need to? and do i need to finish colluseum and emerald before i can trade between them?

oh i suggest getting chikorita,but if you are really having trouble get them all by colluseum or check info on them on serebii.net
