No it is not hacked, Jirachi is a wondercard Pokemon and since the nature of the wondercard is random no IV spread is illegal.

-according to jubilee on smogon
 
Cmt for the shiny EV'd Luvdisc. I believe I have the shiny IV'd Mismagius you're looking for in my IV'd section.

I meant according to a competitive sense. Since it was RNGed it is possible to get that, however a hack checker would say it's hacked because for a jolly Jirachi to have the highest possible IV spread it would need to be one of the following:

23/31/31/31/31/31
31/30/31/31/31/31
31/31/26/31/31/31
31/31/31/6/31/31
31/31/31/31/29/31
31/31/31/31/31/24

hp/atk/def/spd/spatk/spdef

Even more of a difference if it were to have HP Ground.

Lol, yea it's all good. I just need a jolly Jirachi that won't get me kicked out of a tournament, if I ever go. :P
