    Well...Hopefully this will be the best Contest Yet! Mythological Creatures...Hmmm...and you say we can uswe the official Pokemon sprites in our enteries? I may Enter this time around...
     
    Hahaha, I was hoping to host the June contest myself and was planning to use the thems 'Mythology'. I still think it's better than yours, but at least I can actually make an entry. COOL.
     
    What do you mean by 'I still think it's better than yours'? do you mean that your theme would be more open to enteries? And what do people think about my entry? I know its only small but im not a great scratch artist unlike yourselves. I Hope that this is a good competition!

    Flying reindeer? Not quite, more like fairy tale creatures.

    I was actually thinking about making the theme just "Mythology", but thought it might be a little too vague... Maybe I should broaden it to that. =/ It would allow for some more creativity. Meh.

    Haunter Master's entry is disqualified. It looks like a drawing, not a pixel art.

    natesand17's entry is also disqualified for having JPEG artifacts.
     
    So Mine is the Only Valid Entry? It wont win though...I like it, and Im Happy with that.
     
    Is a hydra okay?

    You know; a waterdragon with no wings, arms and legs.

    Yes, that. But since I made that post I've changed my mind. I'm making a different creature now.

    Are angels or mermaids okay to do?
     
    I think you could at least depending on how you construe it. Mythological creatures leave a lot to the imagination, so if you made a mermaid, you could say it's a siren or something.
     
    Yeah, there's an awful lot of compression artifacts there. A 63x74 image should not be over 256 colors.
